Yoga and nature are a perfect mix. Join us for an outdoor yoga session that focuses on breathing, stretching and mindful walking under the Grandfather Oak tree. During inclement weather or hot conditions, this program retreats indoors. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and often go with their owners for a walk at the end of the class during the cooler months.
