Not only is this a great way to build rapport with your customers but it can help them understand and internalize your messages. Our presenter, Steve Epner is a SCORE volunteer and teaches Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Saint Louis University, and after selling his business, became the Entrepreneur in Residence for Boeing.
